He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Phillips and Thomas Phillips; and his sister Judy Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Trevor, Kevin and Tara (Paul Inman); his grandchildren, Hailey and Courteney; and his siblings, Carolyn, Wayne and Gary.
