He was predeceased by: his mother Jean Kapitan. He is survived by: his father Harold Kapitan; his siblings, Pat Moody (Ron Moody), Sue Hicks, David Kapitan and Danny Kapitan; and his nieces and nephews, Katrina Sopaj, Thomas Moody, Crystal Hicks, Jennifer Hicks, Greg Kapitan and Dustin Kapitan. He is also survived by his grand-nieces and nephews; and many friends.
