He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Chapman and Betty Jean Chapman (McGee). He is survived by : his wife Sharon Chapman (Bodechon); his children, Brad (Kate), Jennifer (Michael), Heather and Michael; his grandchildren, Isaac, Madison, Sara and Audrey; and his siblings, Robert (Brenda) and Brenda. He is also survived by his extended family, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, co workers, and friends.

Donations (by cheque) to Lambton County Developmental Service c/o 339 Centre St, Petrolia, ON N0N 1R0 would be appreciated by the family.
