He was predeceased by: his parents, William Meadows and Berthe Meadows (DeRepentieny); and his brother Richard Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Meadows (Dixon); his children, Nicole Mezenberg (Jeff) and Luke Meadows; his grandchildren, Boey, Jaycee and Kenna; his pet Leela; and his sisters, Joanne Meadows-Stacho (late Barney) and Helen Meadows (late Gary). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
