He was predeceased by : his parents, Fred Millyard and Lenore Millyard; his siblings, Rose Millard (Harvey), Mable Holcombe, James (Sherry), Herb, Fred (Paula) and William Millyard; and his great grandchild Nathan.

He is survived by : his wife Phyllis Millyard; his children, Jerry Millyard (Lise), Terry Millyard (Janice) and Debbie Millyard-Fletcher (Terry); his stepchildren, Joe Sanders (Anne), Krista Creelman (Brad) and Paul Sanders; his sister Kathleen Evans (John); his grandchildren, Rebecca, Amanda, Jason, Corey (Britany), Brittany (Louis), Cassidy, Mackenzie, Jessica, Terry, Cameron, Matt, Brandon, Leah, Justin and Megan; and his great grandchildren, Brady, Clayton, Brooklyn, Jacob, Liam and Hudson.
