He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Meredith and Ruth Meredith (Vinson); his siblings, Doug Meredith (Marylou), Bill Meredith, Murray Meredith and Mary Meredith; his brother-in-law Jimmy Kelly; and his parents-in-law, Audrey and Glen Kelly.

He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Meredith (Kelly); his children, David Meredith, Beth Gilhuly and Colleen Antunes (Steve); his brothers, Bob Meredith (Judy), Edgar Meredith and Gordon Meredith (Linda); and his sisters-in-law, Karen Meredith, Joyce Meredith and Veronica Sewell (Jim). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Four Counties Health Services in appreciation of their outstanding care.
