He is survived by: his children, Krystal (Kyle Blank) and Kory; his grandchildren, Wyatt, Payton, Declan, Bentley and Taylor; his former wife Diana Schumach; and his friend Tracy Golka. He is also survived by his siblings, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
