It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Bandstra (Bowmanville, Ontario), who passed away on April 17, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Jim; her children, Mark Bandstra (Sylvia), Sue Bishop (late John) and Francine; her great grandchildren, Gideon and Emmaline Sissons; and her siblings, Joyce Miller, Cory Kuipers (Rose) and George Kuipers (Shirley).

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home (53 Division St, Bowmanville, ON L1C2Z8). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Maranatha Christian Reformed Church (285 Highway #2 East, Bowmanville, ON).
