He was predeceased by: his mother Ada. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his daughters, Sarah Robinson (Brad), Amanda Bandstra (Garret), Michelle Puklicz (Phil) and Carlene Van Belle; his grandchildren, Leah, Adelle and Josiah; his siblings, Paul (Brenda), Ruth, Martha Vandepol (Al) and Jackie; and his brothers-in-law, Peter and John Hoekstra. He is also survived by uncle, nephew and friend.

Memorial Donations may be made to Oak Ridge Hospice or Clarington Hospice.
