He is survived by: his children, Russ (Anne Marie), Tina (Kevin), Jackie and Julie (Kelvin); his grandchildren, Jeffrey (Michelle), Natasha (Kyle), Jordan (Jessica), Samantha, Kory, Bailey, Casey, Thomas (Jessica), Timothy, Keana (Garrett) and Lauryn (Ethan); and his great grandchildren, Cyris, Ariel, Raven, Jase, Blake, Benjamin, Bodhi, Mila, Maverick and Easton.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Bowmanville Older Adult Association (26 Beech Ave, Bowmanville, ON L1C3A2).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kees's memory to the SickKids Foundation or the Humane Society of Durham Region—causes close to his heart.
