He is survived by: his wife Marian; his parents, Carol Garrow and Dave Garrow; and his siblings, Dan Garrow (Barb), Michael Garrow, Christine Taylor and Peter Garrow.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the De Stefano Funeral Home (1289 Keith Ross Dr, Oshawa, ON L1H7K4). A burial will be held on Monday, February 9th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (355 Taunton Rd E, Whitby, ON L1R3L4).
In lieu of flowers, donations in David's honour may be made to support the Alzheimer's and Dementia Organization or the PSP Society of Canada.
