He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom and Diane. He is survived by: his significant other Connie; his children, Wade, Chad and Melanie (Ken); and his grandchildren, Holly, Tishana, Dakota, Gunnyr, Dawson, Dylan, Kamden, Kutler and Kenna. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
