He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Burgess and Lorraine Burgess. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Natalie and Avery; his siblings, Carol Heayn (Tim) and Dave Burgess (Lisa); his sister-in-law Patti Mantle (Dean); and his nieces and nephews, Derek, Dana and Addison.
