It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gary Porteous (Bowmanville, Ontario), who passed away on December 16, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Carroll; his children, Monica Porteous, Lauren Sawyer (David) and Carrie Porteous (David Vaillancourt); his parents, Audrey Porteous and Victor Porteous; his brother Wayne Porteous; his sister-in-law Eva Porteous; his nephew Wesley (Catriona); his siblings-in-law, Margaret Harris and Tom Harris; and his nieces and nephews, Gregory and Ryan. He was also cherished by his extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, The Canadian Cancer Society or Parkinson Canada.
