He was predeceased by: his wife Cecile Stark. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Horwood (Johnny) and Rob Stark (Tara); his grandchildren, Robbie, Osmund, Sophia and Miles; his siblings, Shirley Kreitzman (Marv) and Del Stark; and his siblings' children, Richard, Scott (Katie) and Debbie (Steve).
Visitation was held on Monday, February 23rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home (53 Division St, Bowmanville, ON L1C2Z8). A rosary was held on Tuesday, February 24th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Therese Roman Catholic Church (3800 Courtice Rd, Courtice, ON L1E2L5). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, February 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, February 24th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Resurrection Catholic Cemetery (355 Taunton Rd E, Whitby, ON L1R3L4).
