She was predeceased by: her parents, Berty Godding and Jeannie Godding; her daughter Gina Newport; and her great-grandparents, Hannah, Samantha, Leslie (Warren), Mackenzie, Jessica (Liam), Adham and Ewan (William).
She is survived by: her husband Frederick Thomas Mailing (Tom); her daughters, Cherry (Reid Sevigny), Lesley Moffat (Don Mizen), Shirley (Ken Hunter) and Susan (Jerry); and her grandchildren, Tobi (Everett), Robin Sevigny (Chris Mace), Kimberley, James Moffat, Michelle (Senad Trtovac), Andrea (Chris Birrell), Jennifer, Evan Hunter and Justin Bennie (Emily).
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 178 (109 King St E, Bowmanville, ON L1C1N4).
