It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John William Churchill (Bowmanville, Ontario), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on September 24, 2018, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sibling Ron Churchill; and his parents, Adele Churchill and John Edward Churchill. He is survived by: his spouse Linda of Markstay; his children, Jon Churchill of Lethbridge Alberta and Kim Churchill of Markstay; his grandchildren, Shelby, Connor, Sierra and Eben; and his sibling Patricia Ogston of Stouffville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the SPCA, in Jack's memory, would be greatly appreciated by his family.
