It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Elsie Cowan (Bowmanville, Ontario), who passed away on December 14, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her spouse Francis Cowan; her brother George Jones; and her brother-in-law Donald Stephens. She is survived by: her children, Melanie Sharpe, Nancy (Chul Lee) and John Cowan; her grandchildren, Alisha (Trevor), Candice (Kyle), Christina, Justin, Victoria, Bryce and Dakota; her siblings, Eileen Stephens, Carolyn Priestley, Patricia Storsbergen, Julie Worr and Paul Jones; and her siblings-in-law, Joan Jones, Lorraine Jones, Brian Priestley, Fred Storsbergen and Reg Worr.

***Please note that originally there was going to be a public visitation for Joyce but due to the recent COVID numbers increasing and out of an abundance of caution, the family has decided not hold a public visitation.*** A private.
