As Mark Stephen departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Mark Stephen may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Mark Stephen leaves behind.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Jeannie (Tighe); his children, Taylor (Kathleen), Jaclynn (Jesse), and Jeannies children cody and alex ; his siblings, Alan (Cynthia), Shelley (Brad) and Heather (David); and his close friend Sandy Brown . He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
