She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ian Ferguson; her sons, Craig Andrew (Vanessa) and Kent Alexander (Peter) of Vancouver; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Patrick, Catherine and Victoria; her siblings' children, Greg, Jeffrey, Heather (David), Charlotte (Montgomery) and Michele (Michael); her son Kevin Ian (Marianne); her parents, Russell John Prior and Eva Fryer; and her siblings, Yvonne, Thelma and Leslie. She was also cherished by aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations in Pat's name to the Sunnybrook Foundation or to the Alzheimer Society of Toronto.
