He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Jennie (Johnson); and his sister-in-law Susan Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Barb; his sons, Michael (Kathie), David (Paula) and Paul (Laura); his sibling Pat Drummond of Coe Hill; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Newell (Paul) of Port Perry, Deborah Storey (Kurrie) of Whitby, Ken Jackson (Louise) of Etobicoke and Tina Jennings (David) of Oshawa. He is also survived by nephews, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Make a Wish foundation or to the Ronald Mcdonald House.
