He was predeceased by : his wife Alice Edith Hoy. He is survived by : his children, Wendy Booker (Neal), Douglas (Cathryn), Kenneth (Terri) and Janice Hoy (late Earl Strong); his grandchildren, Justin (Kiersti), K. Ryan, Jeremy (Ashlee), Kevin, Amanda, Brennan (Kaitlyn), Taylor (Kim), Blake, Brock and Brody; and his great grandchildren, Addison, Cooper and Luke. He is also survived by his extended family and friends.

If desired, memorial donations to either Faith United Church or The Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus Association of Canada are greatly appreciated.
