He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Phillips and Uelma Phillips. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Petra (Taylor), Storm (Amanda), Christie (Stephen), Ashley (Jeff) and Jamie; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Linlee, Henrik, Lainey and Jack; and his daughters, Amanda (Darrin) and Felicity. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
