He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross Lane and Thelma Lane. He is survived by: his siblings, James (Barb), Doug (Susan), Wesley (Doreen), Muriel Woods (Doug) and Stanley (Susan). He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews, 7 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home (53 Division St, Bowmanville, ON L1C2Z8). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Saturday, February 28th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
