He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucienne (Bazinet) and Donat Ethier; his wife Muriel Ethier (Bourque); his children, Joseph and Marie; and his siblings, Noella Laforest (Albert), Herve Ethier (Lorraine), Conrad Ethier (Monique), Jeannine Mallette (Leonard), Rachelle Roy (Jean Paul) and Gerald Ethier.
He is survived by: his siblings, Marguerite Laforest (Harry), Roland Ethier (Jacqueline), Claudette Brisebois and Suzanne Carriere (Gerry).
