He was predeceased by: his wife Mae; and his parents, Donald and Glenna. He is survived by: his sons, Tim Moxam and Geoff Foster; his grandchildren, Cam and Kathy Foster; and his sister Sheila Thornberry.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Royal Canadian Legion (168 Muskoka Rd, Bracebridge, ON P1L1H6).
