He was predeceased by: his mother Voy (Stephens) of Stephens Bay; and the mother of his children Phyllis (Goltz). He is survived by: his father George Harper; his wife Bernice; his children, Suzanne Harper of Bracebridge, Marilyn Moyes (Robert) of London, Wesley Harper of Guelph and Russell Harper of Bracebridge; his grandsons, Maxwell Harper (Paméla) of Saint-Lambert, PQ and Jacob Harper of Waterloo; and his stepdaughters, Bonnie Weeks and Melinda Kinkade (Ken). He is also survived by four step-grandchildren and four step-great grandchildren.
