Lynd (Bracebridge, Ontario), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on February 20, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Johnson (Hearn) of Sundridge and Alvin Johnson of Toronto; and her brothers, Richard and Douglas (Sue). She is survived by: her husband Peter Lynd; her children, Shannon (Oyakhire), Cameron and Ryan; and her grandchildren, Zane, Kobi, Ojay, Enahoro (Kaly), Efemame (Moses), Oloigbe, Esere, Ekhosa and Erosen.
Janis had a great love of animals and in lieu of flowers donations to the Ontario SPCA Muskoka Animal Centre (https://ontariospca.ca) in her name would be greatly appreciated.
