He was predeceased by: his mother Audrey. He is survived by: his father Lenard; his siblings, Jodi (Bryan) and Mike (Keri); his siblings' children, Luke (Jen), Hannah (Matt) and Connor; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Khenlee, Ridge, Everlee and Hazel.
