She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carter and Clara Randall of Welland, Ontario.; her husbands, Bruce Petrie and Robert Mitchell; her daughter Leslee May; her son-in-law David May; her son Bobby Mitchell; her grandsons, Bruce Butterworth and John Quill-May; and her son-in-law Jack George.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Randal and Krystal; her son-in-law Bryan; her children, Joan Butterworth (Bob), Janine McIntyre (Bryan), Bonnie Dair, Wayne (Ellie) and Larry Petrie (Marlene); her grandchildren, Mark, Marlene, Nanci-Anne, Willie, Christina, Jacob, Amanda, Stephanie, Vanessa and Curtis; her stepgrandchildren, Chrissy, Bryan, Jamie, Tracy, Jody, Brandy, Shannon and Eddie; her great grandchildren, Billi-Jo, Stephan, Christina, Andrew, Matthew, Katelyn, Misty, Jeremy, Jacqueline, Ashley, Cameron, Christopher, Emily, Zandriea, Jayden, Arianna, Abraham, Alexis, Maddie, Olivia, Maddy, Hailey and Samuel; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jenna, Leah, Mya, Rachel, Olivia and Karley; and her great great grandchildren, Ericka, Austin, Marc, Serentity, Aurora, Gabriel, Autumn, Marigold, Ava, Ella, Benny and Atlas.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Reynolds Funeral Home (1 Mary St, Bracebridge, ON P1L2B6).
