Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Laura Mildred Hawthorn (Bracebridge, Ontario), who passed away at the age of 100, on May 9, 2025. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Day; her husband Harry Hawthorn; her children, Carolyn (Rob) and Ken (Julie); her grandchildren, Jason, Saralyn, Katie, Rachelle and Natalia; and her great grandchildren, Owen, Quinn, Althea, Rosie and Murphy.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Reynolds Funeral Home - Turner Chapel (1 Mary St, Bracebridge, ON P1L2B6). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bracebridge United Church (46 Dominion St, Bracebridge, ON P1L2A5). A burial will be held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Zephyr Zion Cemetery (262 Zephyr Rd, Zephyr, ON L0E1T0).
