She was predeceased by: her former husband Tom Hammond; her husband Woody Forth; and her children, Steve and Kim (Susan). She is survived by: her children, Dan, Bill (Ruth) and Kathy Kruger (Ludwig); her grandchildren, Bronwyn (Dave), Adam (Marta), Stacie (Rob), Stephen, Aaron (Amber), Logan (Michelle), Natalie (Tyson) and Hannah (Denver); and her great grandchildren, Kieran, Ronan, India, Gordie, Landon, Nolan, Layten, Laycee, Lukas and Emmett. She is also survived by her extended family and friends.
