She was predeceased by : her parents, Elizabeth Frances and William Claude Hankinson; her aunt Eileen; her uncle Wimund Kirk; her siblings, Lois and Del; and her children, Anne and Mark.

She is survived by : her husband Ronald Robert Kennedy (Bob); her children, Lori (George Smith) of Powell River and Brad Kennedy (Lorie) of Bracebridge; her son-in-law Philip Patterson; her sister Joan Lee; her grandchildren, Robert Patterson (Carley), Gina Patterson (Ryan Penney), Sam and Ben Kennedy; and her great grandchildren, Emily of Bracebridge and Bobby Patterson of Bracebridge. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

The family requests in lieu of flowers, those who wish to express sympathy consider making a memorial donation to their favourite charity in Noreen's name.
