He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Gwen Holmes (Alan) and Colleen Lewis (Gary); and his grandchildren, Karlee Holmes (Dean), Amii Holmes (Alex), Jeryht Caughey (Charlotte), Nygel Caughey, Deyon Smith and Shaye Smith (Justin). He is also survived by many friends and extended family.
