She was predeceased by: her spouse Lachlan Jack; and her siblings, Bill Griffiths (late Joan), Dan Griffiths, Doris Jack (Art) and Don Griffiths (Ellie).

She is survived by: her children, Susan Hicks (Andrew McAusland), Lynn Jack and Janet Jack. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews, friends.
