She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Johnston and Caroline Johnston; and her brothers, Graham and Billy. She is survived by: her husband Norman; her children, Stephen (Evelyn) and Joanne (Matthew); her grandchildren, Reilly, Garner, Kaylee and Elana; and her brother Mervyn.
Carol was a regular supporter of charities Sick Kids Foundation, Princess Margaret Hospital Foundation, CNIB, Diabetes Canada and an ongoing supporter and member of the Royal Canadian Legion.
