He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Wells and Esther Wells; and his siblings, Marie (late Ira), Wayne (Linda) and Jan.
He is survived by: his children, Mark (Shelley) and Tanya (Frankie); and his siblings, Vern (late Margie), Ruby (Dave), Sharon (Charlie), Jerry (Eileen) and Bradley (Cyndie). He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren.
In Frank's memory, donations may be made to Diabetes Canada (formerly Canadian Diabetes Association) or to Liver Canada (formerly Canadian Liver Foundation).
