He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Colette; his children, Kyle Payne (Tiffany) and Tyler Payne; his grandchild Karter Payne; his parents, Ed Payne and Marilyn Payne; his brothers, Barry Payne (Val) and Gregg Payne; his parents-in-law, Monica and Ray Bellamy; and his siblings-in-law, Chris Bellamy, Curtis Bellamy, Charlene Drabbant (Dave) and Dawn Wolfs (Vince). He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews and friends.
