He was predeceased by: his daughter Theresa Dawn Beintema; his parents, John Beintema and Boukje Beintema; his parents-in-law, Donald Munshaw and Colleen Munshaw Closs; and his siblings, Betty Osti (Fred), Johnnie Beintema and Clarence Beintema (Ellen).
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Beintema; his son Jeffrey William Beintema; his siblings, Peter Beintema (Rosanne), Grace Steringa (Andy), Florence Corneau (Paul), Shirley Depueter (David) and Joanne Hoving (George); his siblings-in-law, Larry Munshaw (Christine), Billy Munshaw and Cathy Laurence (Norm Flynn); and his friend Plastics. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
