He was predeceased by: his brother Gary. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Leslie Hughes (John) and Sean McFadden (Amanda); his grandchildren, Andrew, Alex, Blake and Tory; his sister Michelle; his siblings-in-law, Shelley (Larry) and Rudy; his friends, Dunc and Beth Tolley; Carole. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Jack's life will be held at Skwarchuk Funeral Home, 30 Simcoe Road, Bradford on Thursday, July 23, 2026 from 2-4 p.m. In Jack's memory, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
