She is survived by: her spouse Anita; her children, Leigh Kablak (Earl Pritchard), Katie Kablak, Jenna Lamb (Jesse) and Tracey Vrij (Christopher); her grandchildren, Nathan, Emily, Ethan, Evan, Emma, Bowen and Danika; her siblings, Linda (Tom), Rod (Mary) and Gary (Yamina); and her pets, Taco, TJ and Dip.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Kathy's memory may be made to the Stronach Cancer Centre or the Canadian Cancer Society.
