He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anne; his children, Susan Hicks (Andrew McAusland), Lynn Jack and Janet Jack; and his brothers, Ian Jack (Joyce), Colin Jack (Julie) and Arthur Jack. He was also cherished by his nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Skwarchuk Funeral Home (30 Simcoe Rd, Bradford West Gwillimbury, ON L3Z2A9). A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
