He is survived by: his children, Linda Glass Ward (John Ward), Judy Vandervecht (Mark) and Tracey Glas (Joseph Lammirato); his grandchildren, Marie (Oisin), Samuel (Manar), Sarah (Nick), Jesse, Giovanni and Jude; and his sister Alice Kooy (Kees).
