He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Caroline; his daughters, Jacqueline Little (Chris), Lisa Thomson (Glenn) and Julie Brown (Trevor); and his grandchildren, Shane, Brooke, Erica, Hope, Ryan, Justin and Jordan. He was also cherished by his wife, children, grandchildren, extended family, and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bradford Legion (115 Back St, Bradford, ON L3Z1W8).

In Richard's memory, the family invites those wishing to honour him to consider donating blood through Canadian Blood Services or donating to Margaret Bahen Hospice, with heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care and compassion they provided to Richard and our family.
