She was predeceased by: her husband Roy Bell; and her son Rodney. She is survived by: her children, Roland, Sheila Halbert (Bill), Charlotte Alliett (John), Shirley Davey (Fred), Ronald (Mary), Sylvia, Catherine, Donald (Gale), Donna Brown (Steve), Kathleen, Eileen, Nancy Oleksinski (Frank), Dwight (Joanne), Brenda, Douglas (Karen), Caroline and Rosella (John). She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In Rosella's memory, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
