He was predeceased by: his parents, Jo Ann and Thomas Sr.; and his in-laws, Shirley and Len Masters. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his sons, Michael (Renée) and Phillip (Emily); and his siblings, Phyllis (Mike), Rob (Lisa) and Chris (Katy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
