We are sad to announce that on June 1, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Gloria Goold of Braeside, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Christopher Cuthbert (Ab) and Dorothy Cuthbert; and her brothers, Gordon Cuthbert (late Doris) and Brent Cuthbert (Patsy). She is survived by: her spouse Cecil; her children, Susan Scheel (Bill), Julie Devecseri (Bill) and Peter Goold (Stephanie Rennick); her grandchildren, Laura Lewis (Shawn), Kristen Scheel (Yandu Oppacher), Heather Foster (Colin), Chris Devecseri (Jessica Storie), Ben Devecseri (Shohannah Smith), Graydon Goold (Hannah Aubin) and Barrett Goold; her great grandchildren, Reed, Camryn, Clark, Ryder, Jasper, Maelle, Knox, Lincoln, Finn, Bodhi, Claire, Colton and Callie; and her friend Gloria. She is also survived by her nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:20 AM at the Pilon Family Funeral Home (50 John St N, Arnprior, ON K7S2N2). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Emmanuel Anglican Church (287 Harrington St, Arnprior, ON K7S2V2). A burial will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at the Malloch Road Cemetery (127 Usborne St, Arnprior, ON K7S3T3).
For those wishing and in recognition of Gloria's love for animals, a donation to the Arnprior District Humane Society would be appreciated by her family.
