He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his daughters, Giselle, Monica and Jaqueline; the mother of his children Marta; and his brother Misael. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (1624 Wanless Dr, Brampton, ON L7A0A7). A burial was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Brampton Funeral Home and Cemetery (10061 Chinguacousy Rd, Brampton, ON L7A0H6).
