He was predeceased by: his parents, Marjorie and Dale; and his sister Carol. He is survived by: his wife Denise; his children, Dale (Kathy), Cheryl and Gary (Amy); his grandchildren, Trevor (Libby), Ryan (Britney), Kristen (Rene), Alina and Elliott; and his great grandchildren, Jacob and Addison. He is also survived by his extended family, friends.
