She is survived by: her children, Sidney (Elaine Visser), Margaret (Don Schmor), Robert (Linda Visser), Betty-Ann (Bev), Brian Coghill, Sarath and Kamini Peiris; her grandchildren, Kyle, Patrick (Pam), Dean (Rayelle), William (Emma), Sydney (Josh), Saskia (Tyler), Emmaline, Aleesha, Joshua, Christian, Anton (Thakshi), Amila (Dan) and Tabitha (Brydon); her great grandchildren, Lily Ann, Braidan, Westlee, Chase, Alexandra, Ava, Riley, Tevai, Midori and Dreise; her brother Charles Hellinga; and her child Baby.
